Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure performed to eliminate unsightly, aggravating and sometimes even painful spider veins and small varicose veins. Sclerotherapy is safe, quick and easy, with minimal side effects, zero down-time and has lasting results. Small varicose and larger spider vein treatment is achieved by injecting a solution into the vessel that causes the vessel to scar. The scarring forces blood through healthier veins. The treated vein then dissolves.
Treatment for the smaller spider veins, red hemangiomas and other small skin lesions, involves the use of high frequency radio current that is used to remove and destroy the problem area.
Both are used in a sclerotherapy session for the best results.
